Double Storey Rear Extension
Planning Application Drawings for a double storey rear extension to a three storey semi-detached dwelling enabling the creation an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge/Entertainment area to the ground floor and a large Master Suite to the first floor.
Also incorporating minor alterations required to the existing main building.
Project Scope
Demolition of the existing rear double storey annexe (including a glazed, timber and masonry constructed Conservatory). Replaced with a larger full width double storey traditionally constructed extension.
The new ground floor extension houses an open plan Kitchen and Entertaining area including an enclosed Utility Room/Larder and W/C. The existing ground floor Dining Room is repurposed to a Leisure Room with internal double doors to access the new construction.
The new extension on the first floor almost entirely accommodates a large Master Suite comprising of a Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom and Walk In Wardrobes. The remaining area contains a new large shared Bathroom with shower area to cater for the existing bedrooms.
The existing front bedroom to the second floor is modified to incorporate plumbing and structural upgrades to provision for possible future amenities.
